I feel like sometimes it is totally okay to just have days where everything upsets you. It’s okay to be pissed off at the weather & mad at your friends & fucking livid when your comfort food doesn’t taste as good as you expected. It’s okay to feel confused & inadequate & just want to curl up & take a nap. & it’s more than okay to admit you’re not perfect. You don’t always have to justify being upset.
